Download current stable versionVersion 0.72 10 June 2008 Improvements: More analog channels. The MatOFF tool chain from Plexon to MatOFF (mgPlx2Ctx, CortexExplorer, MatOFF) has been updated to handle a mix of up to 15 analog channels. A pair of channels can be use for fast date (EOG channels at 500 to 1000 samples/second), and the other channels can be used for slow date (EPP channels at 10 to 250 samples/second). The analog can be all collected at the same data rate (as required by most Plexon systems), then down-sampled on a channel-by-channel basis during conversion with mgPlx2Ctx. The resulting Cortex file has EPP data consistent with the Cortex file specification. This allows mixing EOG data with slower signals like heart rate and skin conductance. MatOFF plotting is still limited to two analog channels at a time. The OVERPLOT command will allow a plot of many analog channels together. Fractional A/D rates. Some systems (e.g., Alpha-Omega) sample at non-integer sample rates. These rates are handled better throughout the tool chain. Bug fixes: Fixed a problem displaying behavioral data with no spikes |
Download latest development versionThis is the recommended versionVersion 0.73 28 October 2008 Improvements: Better documentation for ValidateSpikes and a few other commands. Bug fixes: Some errors in the Save command have been fixed.

MatOFF is a small program (under 400 Kbytes as a PkZip file), so it can also
be delivered as an Email. Please send an email to the webmaster if you need
help obtaining MatOFF.
